Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgentLiq website and market-signal dashboard at agentliq.com (the "Service"), operated by AgentLiq ("AgentLiq", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

AgentLiq provides automated market signals, indicators, and analytics about crypto tokens, for informational purposes only. The Service is non-custodial: we never hold your funds, connect to your wallet, or execute trades on your behalf. Any trade you choose to make is made by you, on a third-party platform of your choosing, entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Not financial advice. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Signals and data may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Crypto assets are extremely volatile and high-risk, and you can lose some or all of your money. Past performance does not indicate future results. Always do your own research, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

3. Accounts

You sign in using a third-party provider (Google, X, or Discord) through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you sign in with and for all activity under your AgentLiq account. Notify us at support@agentliq.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service, or place unreasonable load on it;
reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our permission.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal or data will be accurate or timely. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may suspend or terminate your access, at any time.

6. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or any information on it is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentLiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading, investment, or financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AgentLiq harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
