Who we are

AgentLiq operates the Service and is the party responsible for the personal data described below (the "data controller"). You can reach us at support@agentliq.com for any privacy request.

Information we collect

• Account information from social login. When you sign in with Google, X, or Discord, our authentication provider (Clerk) receives basic profile details from that provider, which may include your email address, name, username, profile image, and a provider user ID. We use this to create and identify your account. We do not receive your social-account password.
• Preferences you create. Settings and your favorites / watchlist that you save within the Service.
• Technical and usage data. A session cookie to keep you logged in, plus standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and to operate the Service.

The Service displays public market data about tokens (for example prices and volume). This is not your personal data. We do not connect to, custody, or transact with any wallet or funds, and we do not execute trades on your behalf.

How we use your information

• To create your account and authenticate you.
• To provide the Service and sync your settings and watchlist across sessions.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
• To respond to your requests and communicate with you about the Service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Clerk for authentication and account management.
• Railway for application hosting.
• Google, X, and Discord as the identity providers you choose to sign in with.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the Service to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your personal data except where we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data-protection laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
